전자석 습식탈철기는 액체 원료에 포함된 미세한 입자의 자성 금속 불순물(철분, 분말)을 정제할 목적으로 설계되었고, 케이스 내부에 전자식 코일이 내장된 제품으로 원료가 통과하는 코어부에 집중적인 고자력을 형성하는 구조로 제작하여 효율을 극대화 시켰습니다. 중앙부에 스크린 필터를 다단으로 설치하여 원료에 포함된 자성 물질을 자기력을 이용하여 걸려내어 고순도의 제품을 얻을 수 있게 하였습니다. 

Electromagnetic separator wet type is designed to refine magnetic metallic impurities of fine particles (iron, powder) contained in liquid raw material and is manufactured in a structure that creates intensive high magnetic force in the core where raw materials pass to a product with built-in electromagnetic coil inside to maximize the efficiency.Screen filters are installed in multiple stages in the center to obtain product with high-purity by filtering magnetic substances contained in the raw material with magnetic force. 

As the most efficient model for removing fine iron powders contained in liquid raw materials, it is being widely used in various industries including food, pharmaceuticals, plastic and ceramic as well as chemicals.

▷철분 자동 배출 장치 Automatic discharger of iron

원료의 공급, 철분의 회수, 세척까지 전용 제어반에서 밸브를 통해 자동으로 처리됩니다.

Supply of raw materials, retrieval of iron and cleaning are automatically treated through valve in the dedicated control panel.

<스크린>Screen

·습식 탈철기에서 일반적으로 나선형 스크린을 적용 하여 정제 효과를 향상시켰습니다.

·내식성이 강한 SUS 자성재료를 사용하여 유동성, 원료의 입자, 기타 특성에 따라 스크린의 메쉬를 선정 적용합니다.

·이 외 용도에 맞게 다양하게 옵션으로 선정할 수 있습니다.

·A spiral screen is applied to wet separator to improve refining effect.

·SUS magnetic material with strong corrosion resistance is used to selectively apply screen mesh according to the fluidity, particles of raw materials and other features.
